Mapping Your Success

Our unique automated assessment process, which is offered on a fixed fee basis, will examine each pertinent area of your practice, which we call your ConvergenceCoaching Critical Success Factors

In the comfort of your own office, at the time of your choosing, you and members of your team can complete our assessment, exploring your:

We offer also offer a Mapping Your Marketing Successengagement that focuses on assessing your current and planned marketing efforts and help you design a marketing success plan. 

Once you’ve completed your practice assessment, we’ll then schedule personalized follow-up conferences with members of your leadership team to delve further into key areas of opportunity. Then, we’ll draft a detailed, customized Growth RoadMap™ designed to identify the upside opportunity and areas for improvement in each of the practice areas assessed. This RoadMap can be shared with partners, shareholders and other stakeholders and can be seen as a means to measuring your growth using our coaching services.

Once we have developed your Growth RoadMap™, we will work with you to collaboratively determine your Top Success Routes™. Once we have identified these areas of focus, we will establish priority, deadlines and ownership for each success route we’ll use to help you meet your growth objectives.
