We offer a web seminar series designed to help you develop skills in a variety of areas.  Our web seminar series is accredited for up to 1.5 credit hours of continuing professional education (CPE).   For those interested, there is a $39 CPE administration fee.  Please join us for the next in our series of web seminars on September 21st!

Ensuring your firm's profitability is essential in today's economy. But the professional services business model isn't really that intuitive. Many of us struggle to get our arms around the various levers in our practices that influence profitability and success.

• Attend this session to explore the various elements of practice economics including:
  Understanding various CPA firm success metrics, like fees per partner, income per partner, leverage, chargeability, realization, utilization and more
• Identifying the integration between the various metrics, the risks that people will manipulate them and the need to focus on the right metrics for your firm
• Discussing ways that you can influence firm profitability in the way you manage your people and engagements
