It’s paramount that we take action to preserve our mental health, just as carefully as we manage our physical well-being. And yet, the subject of mental health can feel awkward and we may not be comfortable discussing it at work. In this session, we’ll break down the barriers around this critical subject and explore strategies for managing our mental health during this uncertain time. In this session, we’ll discuss:

- Steps to take if you need additional support
