We continue to monitor CDC guidelines and the potential impact they may have on our client engagements and programs. Leadership and Business Development Programs

If you are a registered participant, have someone from your firm participating, or are considering participating in our current or upcoming Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP), please see below for updates related to your specific program. If you are a participant in our public Rainmaker Development Program® (RDP), Client Advisor Program™ (CAP) or ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC Leadership Development Program for Seniors and Supervisors™, those programs are entirely remote and are not affected by the endemic.

If your firm has engaged us or is considering engaging us for a privately held leadership or business development program, we will communicate with you related to the options we have for your firm’s program.

We have been a completely remote team for more than 20 years and have delivered countless remote and in-person engagements for firms in that time. Since the emergence of COVID-19, we have had great success redesigning in-person speaking sessions, workshops and strategic planning retreats and summits to create an experience that is as similar in a remote format to what participants would experience in person. Our remote learning and strategic planning meetings and retreats elicit similar opportunities for large and small group discussion, learning and networking/collaboration as would be fostered in an in-person environment, including the fun and social networking aspects. Options for a virtual happy hour, early morning group workouts, and opportunities to connect with one another personally and professionally can be integrated, too!

Transformational Leadership Program (TLP)

Most components of the TLP are held in a remote format (all five coaching calls, all seven interactive webinars and the online self-study courses). The only in-person element is the first 2-day Workshop event.

As we monitor CDC guidelines for any changes, the health and safety of our clients, colleagues and their families remain our top priority. Please note, we reserve the right to shift engagements to a remote format if we feel it is in the best interest of these individuals.
