In this interactive session, we'll explore real solutions for stabilizing your team by creating a culture of transparency, collaboration, inclusivity, excitement, and change.

- Identify the hallmark characteristics of a transparent, trusting culture, and the potential role that shepherds and/or talent advisors can play
- Define different perspectives and levels - more weighted to Next Gen -- in your firm's overall vision and strategies
- Describe firm talent investments to both attract and stick talent long-term, including investing in team member power skills
