Here's how it works: Starting on Thanksgiving Day, walk, run or exercise the equivalent of 1 mile every day through New Year's Day. The challenging part comes in scheduling it and making it happen every single day - without missing!

BONUS: If the streak isn't tough enough, add in the weekly mountain climber or burpee progression challenge: week 1 start by completing 45-seconds of mountain climbers or 10 burpees. Then, each Thursday increase your mountain climber time by 15-seconds or add 5 burpees. At the end of the streak, your mountain climber time will be 2 minutes or 30 burpees every day. You can break up your burpees throughout the day as the count increases.
