Managing Your Mental Health During Uncertain Times
The burnout and overwhelm stemming from the pandemic, increasing inflation, high work volumes, and low staffing levels is wreaking havoc on our sense of well-being. It's paramount that we take action to preserve our mental health, just as carefully as we manage our physical well-being. And yet, the subject of mental health can feel awkward and uncomfortable to discuss at work. In this session, we'll break down the barriers around this critical subject and explore strategies for managing our mental well-being during this uncertain time. Take time to attend this session and identify steps you can take to improve your overall well-being.
