The challenge is that we don't all speak the same language when it comes to expressing appreciation.
In this session, we will discuss the different ways that people are motivated and identify methods for communicating appreciation. We'll discuss how to find out talent preferences, so you retain engaged, quality talent. We will explore:
- Recognize the impact providing positive feedback and acknowledgement has on your team, culture, and talent retention
- List the 5 languages of appreciation to create awareness on the variations that exist
- Recall methods to uncover your team's appreciation language
