As I look ahead to this week’s Thanksgiving holiday, my thoughts go to my partner Jen’s comment in her blog last week to stop and “appreciate the spark that gives our work and our time here on earth real meaning – THE PEOPLE!” I am thankful for all who enrich my life because you are in it, and specifically I want to appreciate those who selflessly serve and make a difference every day, including our:
- Friends and family
- Colleagues, clients, alliances and collaborators
- Clergy and religious leaders
- Military men and women and their families
- Police, firefighters, and medical professionals
- And many others who make our world a better place because you’re in it!
I know I get busy in my day-to-day life and don’t stop frequently enough to say, “Thank you and I appreciate what you do. You are a blessing to many!” I’m glad that we have this national holiday designed to take time to pause and reflect on all of the good in our lives and to enjoy those who are important to us.
I - and everyone at ConvergenceCoaching - wish you a happy Thanksgiving filled with gratitude, love and fulfillment in your celebrations and even some quiet, reflective time of appreciation and gratitude, too! We look forward to closing 2011 and all that it still holds and to all the possibilities and promise of 2012. Most of all, we are grateful for the experiences yet to come with the many wonderful people who bless our work and our lives!
Warmly,
Tamera
