Let's Got Streaking! The 2023 Holiday Exercise Streak is Open for Registration

Bellevue, NE, November 2, 2023 - ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC, a national consulting firm that develops leaders and transforms teams in accounting and consulting firms, is pleased to announce its annual Holiday Exercise Streak is open for registration.

The Holiday Exercise Streak is an opportunity to focus on health and wellness by committing to completing the equivalent of 1-mile's worth of exercise every day starting Thanksgiving Day through New Year's Day. If that sounds too easy, then participants can choose to join in the bonus challenge which is meant to be completed every day in addition to your mile and increases in the number of reps or time spent on the activity every week. This year's challenge: a squat and push-up progression.
