In 2020, remote work saved the day as firms across the country shifted to remote work to keep their operations going during the pandemic. We had the opportunity to study the transition, and now our 2020 Anytime, Anywhere Work™ (ATAWW) Survey of remote and flexible work practices in accounting and consulting firms is complete. The data has been crunched from our 223 participating firms (thank you!), and we are excited to provide insights into what worked -- and what didn’t -- during many firms’ almost-overnight transition to remote work.
